Flood in India and victims at Kedarnath Temple


                              FLOOD IN INDIA AT KEDARNATH is a unexpected incident. Many people have died in this flood around Kedarnath Temple. The Temple have Lingam, it is one of the Jyothir Lingam and this kedarnath Temple is located on the Garhwal HIMALAYAN range near the Mandakini River in Kedarnath, Uttarakhand.
                                                         A massive rescue operation is under way to reach survivors in the flood-hit. More than 50,000 victims are standed after the flood swept away buildings and triggered landslides. Officials say that the number of dead could exceed 1,000 people.
                                                         The flood arrived minutes later and everything was gone in 15 minutes at Kedarnath Temple and some are escaped by going to hill places quickly, but there also  facing problems from continuous rain and falls the landslides. A lot of flood victims are spent 3 to 4 days without drinking water and food. At the same time Government has taken quick action to serve the food and water and shifting them to near places by the Military helicopters.
                                                          The team of NARF and ITBP is now searching for flood victims in near by areas. Some Survivors of the Kedarnath flood returned to their homes and towns. The flood destroyed buildings and reduced many of victims to rubble, with many feared still buried under debris.
