PINDAYA is a town in the Shan state of Myanmar. It is located in the West of the state in Pindaya Township in Taunggyi district. Pindaya mainly famous for its limestone caves called PINDAYA CAVES, where thousands of Buddha Images have been consecrated for worship over the centuries, it is also one of the towns that an itinerant market every fifth day.
           Pindaya Caves is a Buddhist Pilgrimage Site and tourist attraction, location on a limestone ridge in the Myelat region and this Pindaya Caves become a famous tourism spot in Myanmar Country and lot of pilgrims and visitors have been visiting this Pindaya Caves.
           There are Three Pindaya Caves on the ridge, which runs north-south, but only the southern cave can be entered and explored. It is known whether the other two penetrate for any extended distance into the hillside.
           Pindaya Caves, its interior which contain over 8,000 statues (images) of Buddha, if we will see the interior of the Pindaya Caves, the lot of Buddha's metal statues appears in front of us.
           No other place in Myanmar (Burma) displays such a range of style, not only in the statues, but also in the ornamental thrones and reredos which surround the statues.
