TIRUMALA TIRUPATI BALAJI TEMPLE is a Hindu Temple in the hill town of Tirumala, near Tirupati in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh, India. It is around 600km from Hyderabad and 291km from Bangalore.
The history of Tirumala Tirupati Temple Hill is 853m above sea level and is about 10.33 square miles in area and it comprises seven peaks, representing the seven heads of Adisesha, thus earning the name Seshachalam.
The Tirumala Tirupati Temple is on Venkatadri. The presiding deity of the temple is Lord Venkateshwara, a form of the Hindu God Vishnu.

The hair tonsuring annually bringing over $ 6 million to the temple treasury and the Hundi collection go as high as 22.5 million INR a day and annual gold offering of devotees goes as high as 3000kg.
